Default Try transdermal

For years I took my magnesium supplements thinking I was doing
the right thing. But I never noticed any particular effect. Then
about a month ago I tried a spray bottled of magnesium chloride.
Wow what an effect. Amazing benefits. Apparently my capsules
were never really being assimilated, but using the transdermal
process produced immediate benefits. I am pretty old (93) and
it is said that us old guys often have weak stomach acid so we don't
assimilate minerals well. But transdermal (through the skin) goes
directly into the blood stream and for me it seems to really work well.

I now take my vitamin B12 and my magnesium trans dermally.

Magnesium oil will raise levels much quicker than oral tablets as shown in this study. It can also help chelate heavy metals.

People with kidney problems should check with their doctor before supplementing any form of magnesium.
