\r\n \r\n A friend of ours in his sixties, has been diagnosed with liver cancer. He recently had his gallbladder removed also. His doctor is just starting to give him the medicine Sofosbuvir.

\n This is supposedly a very new medication, which promises to cure the liver cancer. From the little I\'ve seen online, they\'re starting to use it for Hepatitis C complications.

\n All I know is it\'s supposed to be an anti-viral medicine, and it\'s very expensive. Does anyone know of someone who was treated with this, any success stories out there?\r\n
