\r\n \r\n Thanks for being so helpful. I tried to do a search within the forum for "MMS" but came up with nothing, so I\'m manually going through posts, and there is a ton of stuff. I\'m just trying to figure out if it\'s a good fit for me or not. I used to be very fit, walked or ran every day and was at a really good weight. Then, life stresses happened, I started getting painful nodules in my back (which I think is fibromyalgia), fatigue, fear of going outdoors, general anxiety, and I gained like 50 pounds in less than 2 years. I need to kick start a healthy lifestyle but I don\'t feel well enough for regular exercise and my chronic anxiety makes me crave carbs all the time. It\'s hard to know where to start...\r\n

\nI don\'t think MMS will resolve any of your listed problems. I don\'t think I can either, but try a good magnesium supplement for some of those symptoms. Don\'t bother with magnesium oxide. It does not make magnesium available to your body. Instead, use magnesium citrate or magnesium malate or even magnesium chloride.

\nNext, make sure you are not deficient in any of the vitamin B family. Find a good supplement of the B complex. Don\'t waste money on anything over B 50. The body will only use so much at a time.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I\'m 29. Basically, I\'ve been getting progressively worse with fatigue. I don\'t handle exercise very well anymore, including walking. I want to lay on the ground and take a nap! I used to be an endurance runner, running an hour just about every day. I quit school and only take a class at a time because I can\'t handle all the work. My back pain came on really suddenly one day a few years ago and got progressively worse from there. I think the combination of anxiety and back pain has just wiped me out energy-wise.

\nI guess I was researching MMS because I originally thought it would kill candida (which doesn\'t appear to be the case) or any parasites I might have that could also be zapping my energy. I\'m really looking for something to kick start being healthy again. I try different things every so often to see if they help, but nothing has really stuck. It\'s also hard to find people to take me seriously. Doctors tend to look at my blood work, say that it\'s in range, and then dismiss me.\r\n

\nFor you fatigue, I would still say to try magnesium and vitamin B complex. That\'s all cheap and easy to try. I said magnesium, because it is good for relaxing the smooth muscles. Those include your arteries. It is calming, among other things. It could be that you have fibromyalgia, and mag is good for that. Doctors have a very difficult time trying to diagnose fibromyalgia. It is a syndrome with a wide variety of symptoms. Including fatigue and pain everywhere.

\nVitamin B is well known for helping to manage stress.
\n
\nThe only other thing I can think of is gluten. I have fatigue more than I think is ususal. I\'m trying to deal with that too. I\'m pretty sure I have no problem with gluten, as I\'ve had a few tests, including gene testing, and nothing shows up. But gluten intolerance can lead to the same symptoms a fibromyalgia. So think on that. I think I would rather have fatigue than to give up bread and pastas.

\nAdrenal fatigue is another possibility. Here is a doctor that can help very much, and believes in natural cures. https://www.drlam.com/index.php I get his newsletters and respect him very much. I\'ve never bought anything from him, as I feel there are better prices. But it is certainly worth your investigations.\r\n

\r\nMMS is real effective for many but not all pathogens. I think it is worth a try but there are other options that are not as controversial.

\r\nI suspect two pathogens right off the bat, because my wife or myself is dealing with both.
\r\n
\r\nCrushing fatigue is the hallmark of a Mycoplasma infection of one strain or another. It is likely involved but you can treat for it and find out for yourself. Nutramedix Cumanda is a natural antibiotic that can knock back mycoplasma and also the other pathogen I suspect, Lyme Disease.
\r\n
\r\nIf you use either MMS or Cumanda and get feverish flu like symptoms, it is almost certainly Lyme Disease. The tests for it are not reliable. My wife had it and has never produced a positive test.
\r\nYou could have one the other or both. I am treating Mycoplasma myself. I am using Rife frequency treatments because I have not been able to eliminate it any other way. It is especially bad for myself because it is also a component of my a Crohn\'s disease.
\r\n
\r\nI would try one or the other and see if you react to the treatment with Flu like symptoms. If not, great, you don\'t want Lyme. It is exceptionally hard if not impossible to eliminate but it can be controlled effectively. If it mycoplasma of one strain or another, you will improve in a few weeks. I do not know if MMS works for Mycoplasma, so it would be better to start out with the Cumanda.

\r\nIf you have Lyme, you almost certainly are deficient in Magnesium. Most people are anyway but with Lyme people always are.
\r\n
\r\nI would give that a shot and see what, if anything, happens. I am guessing you will learn something for the effort.

Thanks guys. I'm definitely going to do much research. I could definitely have the deficiencies as I've been vegetarian since I was 13. But I've also been bitten by ticks--on more than one occasion. I read somewhere else on this forum that I could try MMS with digestive enzymes for Lyme, and I might try a good Mg and low dose B complex. Thanks so much for all the input.
