Default Camomile tea for anxiety

Hi there, I've read some reports than Chamomile can help with general anxiety, so I've been having 3 cups a day of the Twinnings brand. It's made no difference at all. Do you think it would make a difference if I tried organic chamomile instead? It's more expensive but I can get it from Holland and Barrett. I used to be on meds but I'm off them now cos I just couldn't deal with all the side effects. I can't take Valerian because I'm allergic to it. I do burn Lavender incense from time to time though.

Hi Pandora, welcome to the forum! You may want to try the herb dried in capsules or tinctures, maybe the tea is not strong enough for you, here's some more information...https://www.natmedtalk.com/wiki/Chamomile
