Yes, get more exercise! One of the best health enhancers of all - and its completely free!

It should be appropriate exercise though. Some people overdo it.

Brisk walking is as good as anything for cardio and circulationary benefits.

Even just being outside in the sunshine and fresh air and amidst nature is a boost to mental health and well-being.
