Tom\'s of Maine for sensitive teeth is one I\'ve used before and would recommend it. It does have sodium lauryl sulfate as an ingedient, which isn\'t great, but it has no fluoride...https://www.swansonvitamins.com/TSM00...#product-label\r\n

\r\n \r\n Lighter touch, soft bristles may help, too. I use: Eco-Dent DailyCare - Mint free *Lemon Lime - it is a powder. Also on the days I don\'t use the powder I use: auromere Mint Free. My floss is eco-dent vegan as well *cinnamon. If I bleed after flossing I wash out with Hydrogen Peroxide 35% human/food grade. I also soak my brushes in antiseptic every couple of weeks.

\r\n \r\n you have sensitive teeth and bleeding gums because you have a pathogen issue in your mouth. I suggest you hit it a little harder than just toothpaste. But select a tooth paste that has xylitol as that kills microbes. Spry toothpaste is one which I use a couple times a week. Otherwise I use my own mix of baking soda and xylitol granules 50/50 mix.

\nI to the mms a little different. I just activate 3 drops of mms and add about 2 ounces of water and rinse my mouth with it. you can also brush your teeth with it. Do it twice a day for about a week then once a week as maintenance. This can get rid of even more serious dental problems related to infection.\r\n

I like the Desert Essence mouthwash, but haven\'t tried the toothpaste. I\'m currently using Theraneem Organix, neem mouthwash for the first time, and that\'s also seems to be a good one.\r\n

\r\n \r\n A Water Pik is a great tool! The newer models are smaller and around $45 shipped on amazon. Read the reviews...the water pik can stop bleeding by getting bacteria out from inside the gums.\r\n
