I know some people that have quit dairy, some voluntarily and some it was suggested for stomach issues - that just feel better. I thought I\'d go without it just for a month or so to see if there is any improvement for me - mostly in digestion and sinus congestion. The issues are not chronic, just troublesome. I have increased yogurt/kefir (because I really, really love smoothies), along with the added cream in coffee, butter on everything (ghee, too) and I notice problems within an hour.

\nElimination is the best procedure, I feel. When going organic it was amazing. Then, gluten free: again, AMAWZING!!

\r\n \r\n Makes sense. Some people report better luck with raw milk, but if cheese and yogurt bother you, it definitely makes sense to dump dairy, at least for a month and then resume cautious testing.
