Hi! I'm Emily. I've been interested in natural health for a while and I love to read anything about it that I can get my hands on. I've been slowly making life changes, but I had some setbacks and am looking to find my motivation again and take back my life. I'm mostly here for support, reading others experience and knowledge, learning new things and hopefully making a few friends along the way.
