Default Smoothies recipes that will help my body heal(Please help!)

about 6 days ago I took a bite out of a salad sandwich. In which I immediately started to feel like a piece or gas was in my throat. I've had this happen to me before. This time is different though. since that day and on. I have felt pressure in my throat and it moves into my jaw as well. MY nose has also been feeling pinched from time to time. As well, my throat feels scratchy and kind of raw. I only eat apple sauce, oat meal, and fruit smoothies. The easiest for me being the smoothies. Even oat meal is tough for me. Thicker stuff feels like it hangs in my throat.

My recent doctor said my throat is having spasms and I have acid reflux. My past doctor said I have a sinus infection and a spasm in my throat. The past doctor, the holistic doc, Had me eat/take carrots, apple sauce, echinacea, and a vitamin supplement.

Please share recipes and any possible fruits and or vegetables ect.. that I could throw in the blender that will cure me. I'm only 20, and I fear that I'll die early because of this.

Thanks for reading, any input would be great!

P.S. Please share any alternatives you can think of. It doesn't have to be smoothies. I'm just really hungry.

If you have spasms in your esophagus and reflux I can recommend no better cure than homeopathy as it has cured exactly both of these conditions for me. You would have to seek out a classical homeopath.

If this condition is so extreme that you must eat blended foods you should be very concerned for your protein and fat intake. I would be blending raw organic eggs into my dairy smoothies. I would also be using Jarrow brand whey. You should be getting at least 60 grams of protein a day. Maybe more. Depends on your size and what you do.

Think about adding a table spoon of some kind of oil to the smoothies you add protein to. Protein and fat go together. Use olive, or grapeseed oil, or flax. You can rotate them. You can eat coconut oil, which is a solid by the tablespoon full, and I have heard reports of coconut oil curing reflux.

Which leads me to the idea that some reflux is caused by an infection. Coconut oil can cure some infections in the stomach. Now this is a diagnosis that no doctor will ever give you unless they find that you have H-pylori infection in which case they will be handing you a boat load of antibiotics. H-pylori can be cured with alternatives.

You should consider a greens product, especially for those days when you are on the run.. I like the Pakonen greens 8000 products.

You can get the Yarrow whey at iherb also.

You perhaps can eat pureed food? I recommend yams. Cook them until they are tender. Put some butter on them. This will curb your hunger in a nutritious way. You could also make pureed soups. If not you can also make the following soup with yam, and it is good!

here is one I make.

In a two quart pot boil a large onion, green pepper, and large carrot, a small potato.
Add sea salt.
When these are cooked at broccoli enough to fill the pot. I usually add the chopped up stems first because they take longer to cook. The add the flowers. Don't over cook. Just till steamed. Add any herbs that you may like, like basil or tarragon. Blend and serve as a soup. You may want to add shredded cheese. To some of them I add a little sour cream.

You can make a soup like this with any variety of veggies. I make a similar one with cauliflower. You can do one with spinach.

I love eggs though, I'll make sure to do that. Must it be raw? How safe is that?

I cook everything with olive oil. So, I'll definitely do that right away. The veggie soup is a fantastic idea. A far as potency goes. what other veggies can you think of? The original recipe looks fantastic, I'm just being curious.

I'll bookmark that site for later use. The pakonen looks quite good. Jarrow whey, I'm not quite should of because I'm allergic to milk products.

Pureed yams *drools* I should at least try to eat that.
Thank you for taking the time to help me out!

As a side note. Anyone that's reading this. Pray for me, please. My name is Noah.

I have eaten raw eggs for years and never got ill. But if you are worried, wash them first then spray them with hydrogen peroxide or one of those veggie washes before breaking.

Arrows recipe sounds yummy and that is a great remedy start – always use fresh items – nothing canned or store bought frozen (bought farm fresh then frozen is great) and as Arrow suggested don’t overcook, just stem so the nutrients are not destroyed.

I suffered a stomach ulcer, leaky gut syndrome and H-pylori - I would better suggest a full bodied GREENS drink/smoothie rather then a whey drink. You can get your protein from foods and the greens smoothie will provide you with an added healing antibiotic substance.

If your choice is more a whey smoothie – there are great lactose-free products on the market.

You can even find combo whey and greens products such as GREENS PLUS Whey Protein Greens Plus Orange Greensicle : https://www.allstarhealth.com/f/greens_plus-whey_protein_greens_plus.htm?utm_source=google&utm _medium=GPS&utm_campaign=9533

You can put the whey or whatever protein source your choose right in with the green drink. thats what I was intending to say..

you know, I just don't have any actual recipes for these smoothies. I just throw in whatever is around. I do like to add blueberries, and I usually buy frozen and I often add one ounce of a bottled pomegranate juice. All the studies for the great effects of pomegranate were done on bottled products. Who can afford to juice pomegranates anyway? I rarely use banana as they tend to make me slightly hypoglycemic. Soy powder is something I stay away from due to hormonal influences it has and much of it is GMO.

You can try freshly-made carrot-apple juice. It's my best drink. It's very easy to make. My family has been drinking that for breakfast for more than 10 years. My daughter was born with various health problems that doctors and specialists had no answer and no cure for her. I just kept reading and decided to give her live food and the easiest and nicest would be carrot-apple juice. She liked it and within a few months all her problems were gone. I suggest you give a try. Drink it on empty stomach so it's easily absorbed. Try out what others have suggested in the forum here. They are all very good. But give yourself time because natural healing sometimes takes a while to see the effect. You are young so you'll probably see the effect fast. I'm not a doctor, just a simple mother but have found simple things that work.
