or make you more vulnerable to catching the flu that is going around. To actually catch the flu from the vaccine it must contain active virus.

That happened to me in 1964 (tenth grade high school), and that was the last time I ever took any flu shot or even any vaccine. I can't remember when I took the Salk polio thing that was very popular around that time. But I had it with the med world about the same time.

I believe that that was what took my mother in laws life even though she was old, it was two weeks after she had the shot that she came down with pneumonia and she died not long after that.

I haven't had the flu shot in about 4 years and believe me, my employer is not very happy about their workers opting out of them either. Maybe it's just me but it seems like I get the flu whether I'm inoculated or not. They just tell me that it is a different strain than I've been vaccinated for so what's the point of putting some more chemicals and poisons in your body for something that may or may not prevent? My husband also opts out of it and I'm certainly not going to stick a weakened strain up my nose so I get a watered down version of the flu either. Seems to me that by receiving the shot, we're just giving the medical community more work.

Ask who is demanding the shot IF IT 100% GUARANTEES you WON"T GET SOME TYPE OF FLU for crying out loud!!

Aren't the phoney bs vaccines for PREVIOUS strains? sheeesh. IT IS NO GUARANTEE and THEY KNOW IT. SAME WITH CHILDREN"S VACCINES. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE! They are caught up in the main stream media bs blitz. If anything the reaction from the harmful ingredients (check out what they use for preservatives) will lower immunity, imo. Allergic reaction? Brain Swelling months later that WONT be attributed to the bs vaccines?

Why don't they push HEALTHY DIETS? Smoking cessation programs? Relaxation techniques? Washing hands after using the bathroom!!!!

Really? They push big pharma vaccines? The asshats. They probably get some financial kick backs like doctors once did in the 80's when pushing pharmaceutical drugs became the rage!!

Don't give up. Don't give in. They are sheeple. Drug companies are the devil and ARE MARKETING GENIUSES. They don't give a crap about anyone's "health." They care ONLY about MAKING MONEY - damnit. I am certain that the drug makers don't give a rat's butt whether some elderly person or some pregnant woman is protected against the flu - or anything else. It's a MARKETING CAMPAIGN. That is ALL. Look to see how much of the budget dollars that drug makers contribute TO THE FDA. Aaarggghhhh.. Over 40%!!!

We are HUMAN TEST SUBJECTS for the DRUG MAKERS. And many blindly trust their doctors...who were once given vacations, free golf clubs, etc FOR PUSHING THE DRUGS ON UNSUSPECTING VICTIMS: their own patients.

Tell your doctors you want them given shots FIRST and you will be second from the same exact vial. It will NEVER happen. For I feel the doctors DO NOT GET THE VACCINES! Nor, do their families or people they care about.

Employers, doctors, and even your local Walmart will try to push them on you. I've refused them for years now, and haven't had the flu. I have avoided people in public who appear to be sick, was my hands immediately after coming home from shopping, and I use the shopping cart wipes on the carts I use...every little bit really helps, I haven't had any colds for years either (knock on wood).

Those who are more susceptible, should definitely take higher doses of vitamin D3 and vitamin C during those winter flu months. 5-10,000 IUs of D3 daily, and 3,000mg of vitamin C...or to bowel tolerance.

The literature I recently read on the inactivated influenza vaccine says that the live, attenuated (weakened) version is sprayed into the nose. And the inactive (killed) is given by injection, thimerosal-free is available.

I haven't had a flu shot in years and haven't gotten the flu in as many.

It's a matter of good hygiene. Wash your hands. Wipe down your shopping carts. Don't be next to someone that is sick. The fact that anyone would show up in public with a flu is beyone me, but I digress...

Keep your immune system strong and there is no need to worry about getting the flu.

Take all your nutrients (16 vitamins, 60 minerals, 12 amino acids, and 3 fatty acids) in optimal amounts and you should never get the flu.

And if however you start to feel like you're coming down with something, take a couple of good shots of colloidal silver.

Vaccines are mistakenly refered to as "immunizations". They should be called what they actually are..."toxic poisons"..

The thing is, flu shots are only really effective/designed, for the strain of flu that went around the year before...

There has been speculation on it for many years that it at best doesn't do a whole lot, and at worst it can be harmful.

I haven't had a flu shot in probably... 6 years, and I have been fine.. I've had the flu maybe about 2 times in that time.. It isn't a rule that you have to get the flu..

If you eat healthy, and keep up on the vitamins that you need, then 9 times out of 10 then you might be fine.
