Indi, I'm a real life example of one who is following the holistic path of treating my RA and I can only say that I'm feeling better each day. Diet plays a major role in RA inflammation. Studies have also shown that there is a close correlation between the foods we eat and RA, "you are what you eat", and many people have shared with me that their inflammation have calmed with a drastic change in diet after cutting out allergenic foods.
In my view, RA can be more of a multifaceted issue, so diet alone may not be adequate to improve the condition for many. I suggest you study and explore the many potential causes of RA and which of those may possibly trigger your RA onset. My personal may interest you if you like to go with natural remedies.
