Wow Living food if you had a book out I'd buy it. You amaze me every day with the useful info. Negative IONs. Better in the rain. Just wow
I've thought about writing a book multiple times and I probably will write one eventually. The only reason I haven't yet is because I have trouble getting everything in my head down on paper in an eloquent manner. I wouldn't even know where to start if I tried to write a comprehensive book on health.

When I do write a book, though, I will give it away for free. I'm strongly opposed to people having to pay for information on how to get healthy - which is why I prefer to give links to free ebooks whenever possible rather then recommending a book you'd have to buy.

The 4 causes I listed are the big ones; there are a few extraneous factors with small effects that add up, like the high heels. High heels could never cause cancer alone, but in conjunction with all of the other burdens we place on our body they do harm your health and thus slightly increase your chance of getting every disease, not just cancer. They also inhibit your ability to recover from diseases for the same reason.

Negative ions

https://glowing-health.com/air-ionize...n-miracle.html
https://blog.watershed.net/2009/05/25...ody-chemistry/
https://www.negativeionsinformation.o..._vitamins.html
https://blog.watershed.net/2009/05/15...-human-health/

There are a few errors in the last link: Negative ions do not weigh much less then positive ions, alkalized water isn't a good idea, and the chart listing the average amounts of negative + positive ions in certain areas has the 2 values mixed up. And whereas showers do produce a lot of negative ions, if you shower with municipal/tap water the damage to your health due to chlorine, fluoride and other toxins far outweighs any benefits you might accrue. In on warm shower you absorb more toxins then you would by drinking 8 glasses of tap water, some people have estimated you absorb as many toxins as 50 glasses of water

Negative + positive ions are also tied to EMR; most electronic devices produce an abundance of harmful positive ions. Always get outside and stay out there whenever possible, as almost all indoor air quality is horrible. Also get an air purifier for indoors if you have the money, they are expensive but definitely worth it.

Jobs where you work in a cubicle next to dozens of other people, each with a computer, expose you to huge amounts of damaging EMR and huge amounts of positive ions.

The best air purifiers are photo catalysis units (very good but very expensive), negative ion generators, and ozone generators. They're all very good and all have advantages and disadvantages.

Wireless technology exposes you to many times the EMR of other electronics. Also avoid high tension power lines and cell phone towers like the plague.

The police + military are aware of the harmful effects of positive ions: https://www.policeops.com/Counter-Terrorism.htm Actually read everything on that site, the links on the left are also very informative.

Russian Olympic athletes trained with negative ion generators: https://www.superforce.com/Press-Rele...eport-2002.htm

Studies done on the benefits of negative ions: https://www.mysticmarvels.com/articles.html

More interesting studies: https://www.indoorpurifiers.com/negative-ions.htm

The positive ion count dramatically increases before an earthquake, which is one reason animals know beforehand coming.

Positive ion levels are higher during the full moon.

Quite a few hospitals around the world use negative ion generators to treat various health problems, and the military also uses them.

Washing machines produce horrendous amounts of negative ions. It is best to line dry your clothes whenever possible. At this point I could talk about all the problems with synthetic clothing, but I should probably do that in a different thread.

Aren't Himalyan salt lamps natural negative ion generators? I think it's Dr. Mercola who suggests walking barefoot on earth for health benefits.

There is a site (I have the book) on Earthing. A good read.

We have two salt lamps in our home - on during the day only.

I just wonder - Why would she agree to the xray?

I could never understand why women would wear these torture devices.

I don't find a woman any more or less attractive with high heels, but I guess they like wearing them because it makes their ass and boobs stick out more..

Now this is very interesting. I've always wondered why that is - they are more attuned to the earth, I'd say.

Positive Ions during full moon... is that why we (as humans) get a little crazier during full moon? This has been my personal experience. I've also heard from members of the police force that full moon, people ALWAYS get a little crazier.

Head to the shore during the full moons?

I have an air cleaner running during the day in the laundry room! *Due to the fact some recent plumbing jobs by soon to be ex has left a couple sinks UNVENTED and I heard that is NOT good for anyone's health! But I digress.

Salt Lamps should help with negative ions, right?

Didn't Russia experiment the use of ELF on people? Something about the positive ions. Way back when. Causing much confusion.

I don't know where you got your quote about electric clothes dryers and negative ions, but that would be a good thing. We want negative ions. The help to kill dust mites, molds, odors, and other pathogens to some extent. I think the manufacturers overhype such things. And pseudoscience sells. But negative ions are harmless and as I said, they do help.

Salt lamps produce negative ions. They also help with EMF. ...unless you might be thinking - more pseudoscience.

Crystal salt, in its neutral state, exhibits an exact frequency oscillation value of 8-10 cycles per second. The lit salt lamp therefore, reinforces the earth and our bodys natural resonant frequency, which helps combat the more harmful higher EMFs (100-160Hz) from computers, cell phones and other electronic devices. https://www.natural-salt-lamps.com/negative-ions.html

Washing machines produce horrendous amounts of positive ions, not negative ions. Positive ions are harmful to our health and negative ions are beneficial.

Yup - one reason at least. The crime + suicide rate also tends to be considerably higher during full moons [statistically significant].
