So buy the 29% peroxide and dilute it with less water, so you still get the amount you want. If you want to dilute it to 3%, for example, instead of using 12 parts water to 1 part peroxide use 10 parts water to 1 part peroxide.

Since you need to dilute it anyway, it doesn't matter how concentrated it is, by changing the amount of water you mix it with you can still achieve the same concentration.

35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide -185 ml

35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide - 185 ml To ensure purity, our H202 is hand bottled on our premises. Each of our operators are certified and licensed in the handling and transporting of this product. We highly recommend using H202 35% Food Grade in any sprouting method. The makeup of hydrogen peroxide is distilled water with an extra molecule of oxygen attached which formulates H20 + 0 = H202. H202 destroys micro-organisms 5,000 times faster than chlorine. It is effective against...
I don't know why.

Adding some peroxide to the soak water of your sprouting seeds is a good idea because it greatly decreases the chance of them molding or going bad. Adding a little peroxide when you water your microgreens (it's just a waste if you add it to the rinse water of your soil-less sprouts, unless you're really having mold problems) also prevents mold and makes the plants healthier (oxygen is good for plants too). More and more gardeners and growers are starting to water their plants with a little peroxide with great results.

BE CAREFUL, 30 PERCENT HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IS EXTREMELY REACTIVE AND CAN BURN YOUR SKIN. THE PEROXIDE YOU GET AT THE SUPERMARKETS IS 3 PERCENT AND THE REACTIVITY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO IS ENORMOUS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A LAB, STAY AWAY

to simplify any questions or concerns- please read the one minute cure- all will come clear as well as how to dilute for various uses- the hydrogen peroxide from your drug store has additives- food grade diluted to 3% makes sense
