Why is it so hard to be healthy?

Self-discipline and time may be required and break certain undesirable habits. However, what could be better than being in excellent physical and mental health simultaneously? You won't even notice the obstacles until you've established a good daily routine and adopted healthy habits (such as keeping a schedule, preparing nutritious meals, drinking enough water, and engaging in physical exercise and meditation). Starting is the most challenging aspect!

As an Ayurveda practitioner, I can claim that I haven't been unwell in a while, although I had to give up some of my favorite foods and make some lifestyle changes at the beginning. That said, it was well worth the effort.

It's so difficult because it requires effort. Humans are averse to effort.

The biggest problem is SUGAR especially fructose in high fructose corn syrup. This breaks down into uric acid, and uric acid causes just about every disease known to man including type2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Doctor David Perlmutter on YouTube.
