  • It's best to speak up within 48 hours if something is bothering you after 24 hours.
  • Consider yourself a person whose well-being you must ensure.
  • Break the Pattern: To begin something new, we must acknowledge the end of something else.
  • Use the time you have to replenish your batteries.
  • If you take baby steps each day, you'll eventually get where you want to go.
  • Take action in tandem with your thoughts. You won't get anything done if you spend too much time worrying about it.
  • A poor day does not equate to a bad life.
  • The critical judge in your head is not telling the truth, and it is not looking out for your best interests.
  • You cannot simultaneously be grateful and anxious in your brain. Find thankfulness amid anxiety.
  • What is the goal of this project?
  • Do not apologize for sharing your thoughts and feelings with others. That space you take up is not worth the effort to fill it.
