What is something I can start doing today to improve my mental health overall?

  • It's best to speak up within 48 hours if something is bothering you after 24 hours.
  • Consider yourself a person whose well-being you must ensure.
  • Break the Pattern: To begin something new, we must acknowledge the end of something else.
  • Use the time you have to replenish your batteries.
  • If you take baby steps each day, you'll eventually get where you want to go.
  • Take action in tandem with your thoughts. You won't get anything done if you spend too much time worrying about it.
  • A poor day does not equate to a bad life.
  • The critical judge in your head is not telling the truth, and it is not looking out for your best interests.
  • You cannot simultaneously be grateful and anxious in your brain. Find thankfulness amid anxiety.
  • What is the goal of this project?
  • Do not apologize for sharing your thoughts and feelings with others. That space you take up is not worth the effort to fill it.

Great Nutrition. No processed. Low or no Sugar. Really good fresh veggies, fruits. Exercise. Good, sound sleep. Red/nir lights? No blue lights after dusk. Time in Nature. Supplements. That is what I am doing. Finding I am apoe 3/4 and following regimens to slow or prevent alzheimers
