Went into the local health food store (kent natural foods) and I saw spray bottle of magenesium oil and purchased it (Life-flo brand). Recommendations, what actually to do?

My buddy came down from akron for a few beers and we had an interetsing discussion: Peanut Allergies and Austism:

1) peanut allergies: Not found in kids raised on farms. By product of homes being way too clean and the kids not exposing themselves to dirt when they were little.

2) Autism: Higher incedence in upper middle class homes.

I like to massage it in for sore muscles, sometimes followed by a cream or lotion if it itches too much. It's also excellent for leg cramps, like charleyhorses. Our dear departed member Nightowl supplied the forum with this link about using it in a nebulizer.

This was the first brand I bought from this company, liked it very much. Now I have the Swanson brand from Swanson Vitamins, not sure if it's as good, at least it doesn't itch like the last mag oil. Haven't had any serious cramps to test it on. But I can highly recommend the brand sold by Globallight, they say here it can also be used in baths and foot soaks, I think EarlyBird mentioned using it for that also. https://www.globallight.net/Magnesium-Oil-Br-8-Oz-245.html
