Trying to find Monstanto study that got them approval to use GMOs in Europe

There's some info about a Monsanto study that was used to get Europe to allow GMOs to be grown in Europe... and the study also used Sprague-Dawley rats. Anyone have a link for that? I'm having trouble finding it.

The original study was on a different substance to the one that ended up being used, and so another study was done on rats, which deemed it harmful.
