Sometimes when i make tea from leaves (not in bags) some leaves end up in my cup of tea and i end up spitting most of them..it doesnt happen often though

so im wondering would eating those pieces be beneficial?? its tea like nettle and green and thyme, would eating the leaf pieces while drinking my tea be of any benefit? as in vegetable benefit, some kind of chemical vitamin whatever that is not ''dissolved'' in the water but if eaten gives something good, like fiber or chlorophyl or anything???

thank you...

Well Matcha is the entire leaf in a powder form, which there's supposed to be more benefits from consuming the entire green leaf powder compared to many other green teas.
