Oh thanks. I needed that info last night. My stupid mind chatter would not go away until about 5pm. I'm having contention with a board of directors in whether I continue to us liberal, but legal, interpretation of accounting practice laws, or conservative.

Anyway, I was surprised to see omega3 listed as a help, and also rhodiola. My response to my last night's situation was an antihistamine which always does the trick. I think it puts me into mild dehydration, which causes drowsiness and sleep. Yes, I took melatonin, l-theanine, magnesium, etc.
