I suffer from skin tags on my thighs that hurt a lot. What are the best remedies to get rid of them?

Are they in an area that rubs a lot? Is that why they're sore?
I pull them off or clip them with clippers. You can numb the area with ice if you want. Beware, they do bleed more than you think for a small thingy, but this is normal. Keep pressure on the area until the body clots itself.
