Sinus Infections

Sinus infections are caused due to mineral imbalance in the blood and cells.

The only possible way to correct the mineral imbalance is to do hydration/dehydration cycles.

I had sinus since childhood. As I aged it became unbearable until I tried hydration/dehydration cycles.

Now I do not suffer from simple cold and cough even once in a year.

Brief note on this -

Day 1 - Drink 150 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other liquids, fruits etc which may contain lots of water.

Day 2,3,4 - Drink 150 ml water 1 hour before each meal.

Repeat the above every 15 days till you get rid of sinus completely

I have had sinus problems for over 25 years. Every mornring I would be congested and suffered from post nasal drip creating a cough. Recently I have discovered some newer health information one is the fact that as we age we get mineral deficient so I am working on that and another is that fungus can and many times does live in the sinuses and since I have been treating that with diluted tea tree oil mine have been getting better. Time will tell but I am sure you and I are on the right track.

Just went online and googled sinusitis and magnesium and guess what. Add just one more condition magnesium can correct, with time of course it never happens right away. It can take months or even years to get the levels healthy depending on the individual.
