I remember my mother every time we complained out came the cod liver oil. We learned to stop complaining. There was a Dr Moenkeberg who was treating children with large doses of Cod liver oil which has a large quantity of vitamin A,D and discover that they were getting calcification on the arteries.
The disease is call Moenkeberg sclerosis it is worth looking it up. It can mimic malignancy in breast examinations. I know a lot of people are in favor of lots of vitamin D and I agree but now I have a little more caution. There is a lot of mammogram miss diagnosis errors and we are seeing a lot of new studies showing calcification are arteries is a big problem.

Lots of people are taking calcium supplements with the expectation it will strengthen their bones.

Instead they're creating magnesium deficiency. Due to their lack of vitamin K2, they aren't adsorbing the calcium they should already be recieving if they're eating right.
