Original Report:
In a scene more reminiscent of a warzone than an American city, parts of Oklahoma City and its outlying suburbs have been wrecked by a mile wide tornado that left devastation in its wake.
Local news outlets are reporting that two different schools were destroyed, with one being directly hit by the 200 mile per hour super tornado. One report claims that at least 15 children are still trapped in one of the damaged schools.

I feel Chicago will be next. Right down Michigan Ave!

Is this all to be explained away as planet heating? Really? The strength of these storms, the size, the multitude? And NO ONE lets us in on this?

To me, global warming is the patsy. I can see animals dying off. I can understand intense rains even flooding at times. But this? There is a part of me that feels those white stripes way in the upper part of our atmosphere, quickly turning into hazy clouds have much to do with it.

I understand that HAARP can MOVE the jet streams. Bend the atmosphere into a bulging bubble. But all the CURRENT! Heating up things. It's disaster.

More of these to follow. In places unheard of. Basketball size hail. Winds at velocities never dreamed of. Funnels, tornadoes, floods...on its way.

What I wonder is if this is a pay back of some type? What did we do now

Well yes and no. For an average sheeple whose only source of information is the MSM, no they probably will not have a clue as to what is really going on. However for those that are willing to step off of the MSM’s dictated path there is lots of other information out there, although you may have to search for it.
For example, weather modification. MSM would have us believe it is imposable. Yet you can look up patients that tell how it can be done! And if you look further you see where it has been done.
But of course when a person is told something is imposable how many will bother to look any further into it?

Here is one site that I go to for alternative information that you might find interesting.
http://americannationalmilitia.com/
it is a blog by a
Vietnam veteran. As you scroll down you will find numerous articles on different topics, minor things, that the MSM does not consider important. Like a potential trillion dollar lawsuit against the FED that would cause it to self destruct. The latest articles are at the bottom.

Then on Sundays if you choose you can listen to him at 12:00noon (CT) at
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/universalvoice/2013/05/26/drakes-vital-weekend-update--sunday
This is a 3 hour radio show (no commercials) here he goes over the news of the week that the MSM somehow managed to overlook.

I was sent one of these youtubes, not sure who this person is that produces these segments - but they just seem DOABLE to me. http://www.youtube.com/user/WeatherWar101

If someone, anyone - would go line by line and give actual data to refute this information I would have some doubts about the capability. No takers. It is mainly people that just say it cannot be done.

That there is NOTHING strange about those white lines turning into clouds?! really?
It's just a little vapor? huh?

Most of these "know it alls" have NO idea that back in the 50's, the 60's the 70's, and 80's planes didn't leave any stinking vapor that lasted for HOURS.

Im getting grumpy in my old age.

Maybe "WE" aren't doing any weather modification. Could explain why some of the planes are from Japan *that are "spraying." Could "we" be allowing the experiments to get some type of rights? Cash?

Good way to say that we are NOT modifying weather. It's another country that won't allow it on their folks.

Just a thought.

ETA: "We" are just conducting simple little research experiments for global warming and stuff like that. doh!

No you are not, well OK maybe you are a bit  but it is only because you are waking up to what is actually going on and you don’t like what you are seeing.

I frequently look at the local weather radar to see what’s coming my way. If there is rain in the area typically it shows up as random shaped cells that form and then dissipate only to have another one from in some other area with no particular rhyme or reason. But occasionally I will see something different.

A few months back we had storm moving in from the west it covered a good part of the state (Illinois) yet the leading edge of this storm formed a perfect semicircle around Chicago. It was like a invisible force shield that was protecting the city.
Was this just a freak of nature, a glitch in the radar programming, or was someone actually exercising control?

That video nicely shows that weather modification is possible. Some of the anomalies shown were also seen in the storm that hit the east coast last year. But we are to believe that was simply a coincidence, right?.

That white round
antenna? Off the x-way near Alsip exit was opened once. Always wondered what in the world that thing was. Thanks to the chemtrailers, I know.

Weather Radar Antenna.

What I would like to know is what is happening in nature that would appear as a square in the center of moisture? Cannot understand it at all. On the vids, the narrator claims the "weather radar antennae" is what is used to heat. The chemicals previously being emitted from jets is what is cooling. Get these two together to make super storm cells.

Can also cool an area.

HAARP's power output nearly twice that of any other ionospheric heater combined with the rapid beam-steering ability and broad frequency range of its transmitter, will permit the IRI to modify higher-altitude areas of the ionosphere from greater distances than ever. A bank of six 2.5megawatt, 3,600-horsepower diesel generators powers the IRI prototype, while the rest of the facility taps electricity from a nearby power line. Some prominent experts are unmoved by talk of HAARP's possibly dire effects. The dean of American space scientists, James Van Allen, professor of physics at the University of Iowa and discoverer of the Earth-girdling radiation belts that bear his name, says "Every time you turn on a radio transmitter you modify the ionosphere. HAARP will perturb the ionosphere markedly for an hour, or maybe even a day, or perhaps at most a month. I don't see any deleterious effects other than on local communications."
Van Allen says five decades of research have given him a feeling for the minute scale of influence humans have on the cosmos. "There is nothing that we as men can do that does not pale in comparison to the forces of nature."
Alfred Y. Wong, professor of physics at UCLA and director of the high-power active-stimulation ionospheric heater HAARP's little brother located in Fairbanks, Alaska, simulates ionospheric conditions in an atmospheric chamber at his Los Angeles laboratory. The device subjects electrons and ions to high-frequency radio heating, replicating the effects of HAARP. "We understand most of the fundamental mechanisms that underlie ionospheric heating. In chamber simulations we've conducted very detailed studies with reproducible results. We put probes in the chamber to study this. We found no negative effects," he says.
Wong believes HAARP could be used for environmental mitigation efforts, such as accelerating chlorine atoms into interplanetary space to prevent them from degrading Earth's vital upper-atmospheric ozone layer. Though he acknowledges potential offensive military uses of HAARP, Wong believes no harm will occur from its operations. "I don't see any problems, only surprises," he says. "That's why we do research."
Others harbor a strong distrust of the program. A local organization called No HAARP firmly opposes the project on environmental and communications-disruption grounds. "This is not good science," contends retired ARCO Production Technologies employee Clare Zickuhr, who leads the group. "They have no idea what this thing could do to the ionosphere. To put this in the hands of the military scares the hell out of me."

All research. No problems. Just a little warmth here and there.

We can believe this for the Navy/Air Force research folks tell us so. They don't lie, right?

Everyone was aware of the nuking the Van Allen Belts way back when. Doing testing on humans with drugs, radiation, bacteria, etc. All out in the open, right? The A-bomb was totally transparent, wasn't it?

http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2009-11/chinas-weather-manipulation-brings-crippling-snowstorm-beijing

China has long tinkered with Mother Nature's waterworks, even establishing a state organ -- the Beijing Weather Modification Office -- whose sole purpose is to meddle with the weather. The purpose behind weather modification is less megalomaniacal than it sounds at first pass; a large swath of northeast China, including Beijing, has been mired in a drought for nearly a decade, and the party leadership would like to reverse that trend for both practical reasons and to show the Chinese people exactly who is in charge.
To do so, they've turned to cloud seeding, a controversial practice that involves launching (or dropping) chemicals into the atmosphere -- silver iodide in China, though dry ice and liquid propane also work -- that cause water vapor in the air to crystallize at temperatures it otherwise would not. Its effectiveness is dubious; while it's generally accepted that it works to some degree, it can only increase precipitation by 20 percent. Sometimes.
Weather manipulation is actually not as rare as one might think. Currently, 24 countries practice some kind of cloud seeding. Moscow's mayor keeps the Russian Air Force on cloud seeding duty to make sure it never rains on his parades (literally). The U.S. has dabbled with weather manipulation in attempts to curb the intensity of Gulf hurricanes back in the '60s, and the military seeded clouds over North Vietnam during the war there to extend the monsoon season. Oh, and the CIA seeded clouds in 1969 in an attempt to rain out the hippies gathering at Woodstock, but they partied right through it anyhow (that instance is unconfirmed, but groovy to think about).China prefers to deliver its silver iodide to the sky via rockets or artillery. For the residents of Beijing, those armaments deliver all the headaches that go along with big snowstorms: traffic problems, flight delays, cancelled classes and various transportation issues.

While the government claims the seeding is for the good of the country, that claim is about as dubious as the practice of seeding itself; in 2005, a snow melting agent killed 10,000 trees in Beijing, and experts worry it could be eroding the city's infrastructure. As of last night, highways in and around Beijing were closed and many roads were blocked, bringing day-to-day commerce to a grinding halt.
Add some EMF's, some INTENSE electrical current *HAARP, some COLD iodide way up there...Not us. We don't do this. Them. They. Someone else.

LIGHTENING!!! Can we really just MAKE it?? http://www.popsci.com/technology/article/2012-06/armys-laser-guided-lightning-weapon-delivers-high-voltage-through-air?cmpid=obinsite

It works like this: a high intensity, super-short duration (maybe two-trillionths of a second) laser pulse will actually use air like lens--surrounding air focuses the beam, keeping the laser pulse nice and tight rather than scattering it. If the pulse is strong enough, it actually creates an electromagnetic field around itself that’s so powerful it strips electrons from air molecules, essentially creating a channel of plasma through the air. Since air is composed of neutral particles (that act as insulators) and the plasma channel is a good conductor (relative to the un-ionized air around it) the path of the laser beam becomes a kind of filament. In other words, just as lightning arcs from cloud to ground via the path of least resistance, a high-voltage current will find its way down this filament rather than arcing unpredictably through the air. In other words, the laser just creates the path of least resistance between the power source and the target. Laser, lightning, destruction of target--in that order.
Powerful Lasers Could Be Fired Into the Clouds to Make It Rain

Laser-Induced Condensation J. Kasparian, et al.

We're further along in using science to manually force the weather's hand than many people suspect. In 2009, for example, the Chinese government used weather manipulation to bring a snowstorm to Beijing, and they aren't the only nation giving it a try. But using so-called "cloud seeding" techniques as high-tech rain dances is controversial; critics say it's both ineffective and bad for the environment. A potentially better solution -- to this, as to most things! -- is to fire up some lasers.
Last year, a paper published in Nature Communications showed it was possible to form water particles using lasers. That's not the same as creating rain; the particles were about 100 times too small to be rain drops. But it's somewhat of a proof of concept, and as a recent paper in the Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics points out, our lasers are only getting better. http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2012-07/better-lasers-may-be-used-effectively-create-rain

Researchers Predict the Weather Using Cell Towers

A team of Israeli scientists have devised a way to predict the intensity of flooding by turning cell towers into hygrometers, measuring humidity
By Adrian Covert Posted 07.07.2009 at 11:23 am 2 Comments

Cellular Towers: Flood Detectors? Kubina/Flickr

Researchers from Tel Aviv University believe they've found a way to detect the severity of an oncoming flood in any given location using date from the area's network of cell towers. But it doesn't make use of human to human communications; instead, it revolves around measuring humidity in the air.
The radio/micro waves from cellphones and cell towers are directly affected by the amount of moisture in the air, so by analyzing trends in signal strength, an accurate reading of the atmosphere's humidity around the tower can be taken. By relaying this signal back to researchers when a flood-causing storm is likely, they can attempt to predict the magnitude of the event pinned to specific geographic areas. It has also allowed scientists to gain weather data on remote areas they had never been able to track before.
Since cell towers are so numerous and prevalent throughout the world, and wireless carriers already track this specific statistic, so using this technique (and technology) to detect floods would require little more than funneling the data to scientists.

"...we know definitively that humans can alter Earth's climate, some scientists have begun investigating ways to deliberately change the weather to offset the negative impact of a century of inadvertent human generated climate change."

The name for that deliberate, targeted climate change is geoengineering, and its on the mind of everyone from the National Academy of Sciences to Barack Obama's science adviser.
On Monday, the National Academy of Sciences held a workshop on geoengineering, following an interview where White House Science Adviser John Holdren recommended increased research into the subject. While the scientists at the workshop agreed that it was possible, there was disagreement about when to start testing the ideas, and whether or not the cure might be worse than the problem. <
According to National Public Radio, one of the more popular ideas involves seeding the sky with sulfur particulate to reflect the rays of the sun and cool the Earth. This solution mimics the changes in climate that follow large volcanic eruptions. In a recent article, The Atlantic Monthly deemed this the "Blade Runner scenario," and listed some other possible geoengineering schemes, including pouring huge amounts of iron into the ocean to encourage carbon-absorbing algae blooms and using a fleet of 1,500 ships to churn up seawater to create more light reflecting clouds.

Out of the Blue, DARPA Seeks Means to Manipulate Lightning

By Clay Dillow Posted 12.21.2009 at 5:30 pm 28 Comments

China and Russia try to control rain clouds and the Dutch use technology to keep low-lying inland areas from flooding, so why shouldn’t the United States be able to manipulate lightning? In an attempt to better understand one of nature’s most powerful processes, DARPA issued a broad agency announcement yesterday asking for ideas on how to best protect American personnel and resources from dangers and costs associated with lightning strikes. To wit:
Lightning causes more than $1B/year in direct damages to property in addition to the loss of lives, disruption of activities (for example, postponement of satellite launches) and their corresponding costs. A better understanding of the physics underlying lightning discharge, associated emissions, and related processes (for example, tribocharging in the clouds) may lead to revolutionary advances in the state of the art of lightning protection.
Specifically, DARPA seeks validated models on the natural lightning process, a means of triggering lightning within a storm intentionally, and strategies for protecting a given area from lightning strikes during a storm by somehow reducing the probability that lightning will strike there.

Hunting for a Tornado "Cure," March 1958

1957 was a record-breaking year for tornadoes, and PopSci was forecasting even rougher skies for 1958. As described by an official tornado watcher: '"They're coming so fast and thick ... that we've lost count.'"
To try to stop it, researchers wanted to learn more. Meteorologists asked for $5 million more a year from Congress to be able to study tornadoes whirling through the Midwest's Tornado Alley, then, hopefully, learn what they needed to do to stop them.
From the article "What We're Learning About Tornadoes."
My take? We have learned what the weather can do. When and where it will occur. What we can do to lessen the severity.

But of course, we would never MAKE the weather, right?? *sarcasm

Why would we need to MAKE a tornado? Hurricane? Flood? Drought? No. We don't have THIS capability. At least that is what we led to believe.

I don't entirely believe all this time, money, research, money has been spent just to predict or identify bad storms. When the AIR FORCE and NAVY are involved in RESEARCH, I am one to believe it is more about MAKING the storms. Causing the droughts. Forcing the floods. To bring about what "we" want. More or less :) (an advantage in another country? change the land to bring about something else? Earthquakes caused when harmlessly looking for gas/oil reserves?)

Cloud Control Could Tame Hurricanes, Study Shows

Aug. 23, 2012 — They are one of the most destructive forces of nature on Earth, but now environmental scientists are working to tame the hurricane. In a paper, published in Atmospheric Science Letters, the authors propose using cloud seeding to decrease sea surface temperatures where hurricanes form. Theoretically, the team claims the technique could reduce hurricane intensity by a category.

One potential drawback to the idea is the impact of cloud seeding on rainfall in neighboring regions. The team noted concerns that seeding in the Atlantic could lead to a significant reduction of rainfall in the Amazon basin and elsewhere. However, if different patterns of seeding were used, such rainfall reductions were not found over land.

:rain:Scientists Produce Densest Artificial Ionospheric Plasma Clouds Using HAARP

Feb. 25, 2013 — U.S. Naval Research Laboratory research physicists and engineers from the Plasma Physics Division, working at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) transmitter facility, Gakona, Alaska, successfully produced a sustained high density plasma cloud in Earth's upper atmosphere.
Share This:

18

"Previous artificial plasma density clouds have lifetimes of only ten minutes or less," said Paul Bernhardt, Ph.D., NRL Space Use and Plasma Section. "This higher density plasma 'ball' was sustained over one hour by the HAARP transmissions and was extinguished only after termination of the HAARP radio beam."
These glow discharges in the upper atmosphere were generated as a part of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) sponsored Basic Research on Ionospheric Characteristics and Effects (BRIOCHE) campaign to explore ionospheric phenomena and its impact on communications and space weather.

HAARP, Weather War,
And EMF Mind Control

From James Shannon Author Uncertain 12-23-97 In May of 1988, I wrote an article for the Canadian Intelligence Service headed "Weather War?" The preamble written by the editor said this: "Her story, indeed, is 'stranger than fiction.' And it's only the beginning, the first glimpse of a new and uncertain factor in human affairs, opening up unimagined physical possibilities - but also threatening our very survival." Those words were indeed prophetic. Advanced technology based on the original works of Nikola Tesla is being developed at an alarming rate. This discoverer of alternating current power source and transmission system (among other accomplishments was a genius before his time. In spite of this, his name is unfamiliar to most because soon after his death in 1943 his data was removed from libraries and his only claim to fame now is the Tesla Coil. He hoped his discoveries would be used for peaceful, life-enhancing purposes.) While traveling in Alaska in the summer of 1994, we visited the Copper Valley area hoping to explore the old mines. A large intimidating sign blocked all access to this region. I didn't think too much of it at the time, however I later learned of a highly secret project being constructed there and was able to locate a book published in Alaska discussing the HAARP system, that being an acronym for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project. The authors of "Angels Don't Play This HAARP" base their information on documents they were able to view which came out of secret meeting of the U.S. Government and the U.S. Military. HAARP is a ground-based "Star Wars" weapon which has the capability to manipulate the environment in such a way as to change weather patterns, disrupt global communications systems, disrupt human mental processes, negatively affect health, and impact the Earth's upper atmosphere in an unnatural and damaging way. By interfering with the Earth's magnetic field there is no assurance that damage on an irreversible global scale will not occur. All participants involved in designing HAARP are part of a giant partnership of government, the military and many private corporations which form defense intelligence contractual networks, and it is done in secret. Critics of the project believe that large groups of independent scientists should be talking a close look at these developments before the project is allowed to continue. A biggest "ionospheric heater" in the world is located on the HAARP site. Focused energy could be beamed up to the ionosphere where the radio-frequency waves would interact powerfully with charged particles that are always trapped up there. The heating effect of the focused beam would then dramatically push a plume - a large section of the ionosphere - up and outward from Earth. One critic of the project called it "skybusting." The Earth is protected from harmful cosmic rays by the Van Allen Radiation Belt in conjunction with the Earth's magnetic field. The ozone layer protect us from ultra-violet light. If this dual barrier is weakened, allowing these high-energy particles from the ionosphere to enter the atmosphere, serve damage could be caused to the DNA blueprints of all life on Earth. This is only one of the disastrous effects of which the HAARP system capable. Co-author Jean Manning, in conversation with a ham operator, learned that as early as 1975-76 the Soviet Union was beaming radio-frequency signals toward North America. Ham operators were picking up the 10-hertz (pulses per second) frequencies which they called Woodpecker signals because of the tapping they heard from extremely low frequency (ELF) waves. It was speculated that his ELF frequency could resonate the neurons in the human brain over great distance, resulting in mood changes in a large part of the population. These ELF waves could cause communication interference, power failures, and weather modification designed to have a devastating effect on food production. HAARP records disclose that when the project is up to full power, it will be able to send very low frequency and extra low frequency (VLF and ELF) waves at energy levels sufficient to affect entire regional populations. What other objective can there be but to control people?
