More specifically any advice you can suggest when trying to wean off of them!
I have been on Bio Identical Hormones for 11 yrs now. The prescribing NMD is retiring at the end of the month and just wrote a 3 month script and basically said you’re on your own after that! So I am wondering if I should just go off of them?? Anyone else gone down this road?
