I have dramatic pain in my shoulder and underarm....tricky putting my hand behind me and it has been going on for a few weeks now, so I need to know what would get rid of it!!
Any ideas? I don't want to take pain killers............any natural things or treatment recommended??

One of the few great things that my recent health trick did for me is to help my shoulder rotation problem drastically and quickly. Diatomacious Earth. Food grade of course. The reason is silica. There are some other sources of silica; but this one was very inexpensive and very easy. There is a thread here regarding DE.

I've found that my favorite way to take it is to put a spoonful in my glass of water and drink from this glass all day. The earth settles in the bottom of the glass. When it is nearly empty, I just add more water and the DE mixes with the new water. DE does not mix well with water; but the water causes the DE to produce orthosilicic acid which is how the body needs it. You can do the same for a glass gallon jug. Just put a tablespoon in it, fill it with water, use the water from the jug to drink, keep refilling the jug with water. The DE will last for months. It is not organic; so it will not mold.

Massage with Magnesium Oil may help with the pain, and relaxing the muscles. I don't know if they're available where you live, but Therma Care Heat wraps work very well for back and neck pain. Good luck, hope you find some relief soon :)
