Coconut Oil Myths

Great article, I think I might just stick with unrefined coconut oil just to be safe.

I agree. Unrefined for me too. They talk about filtering it through clay, but say that it loses some nutrients. Heat processing is bad too. Some of its acids may become trans fatty acids. Not good. I'd rather it be unrefined, and heat it myself when cooking. Perhaps it will lose some nutritional value during cooking, but for that purpose I don't mind. For the rest of its uses, I want as much nutrition and acids as possible.
