Default 1936 Senate Document #264

Adelle Davis used to say "What carrot grown where?" when stressing that it depended on the soil nutrients whether a carrot, or any vegetable, was nutritious. This article was written to the Senate with the same point and it was 7 years before I was even born. I'm not sure, but I don't think it was published till 1941.

Unhappy Soil Depletion!

Yup! That's why we're all having to take so many supplements of Vitamins
and minerals. Sad! Sad! Sad!
