No experience, supposedly good for aging but has low-bioavailability.

Default Resveratrol

This is a very powerful antioxidant that is currently going thru a lot of research. My two kids age 17 and 21, take a multi antioxidant/mineral product that contains resV and their health is extremely good.

I recommend that ResV is taken in conjunction with a healthy diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, a small amount of good quality protein and high quality nutritional supplements (multi antioxidants/minerals + Omega-3).
