Question Edamame?

I bought a frozen package of Edamame last week but have no idea of how to
fix them or even what they are. They look kinda like a beqan or a pea of some
kind from the picture on the package.
Does anyone eat these? How do you fix them?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

They are soybeans. be careful, you should make sure they are organic, non organic soybeans are genetically engineered.
