Take 4 times what the bottle says of extra strength tylenol (acetominiphen, also called paracetamol outside the states) and you might be meeting your maker. At the very least you will have some liver damage. Take 4 times the RDA of Vit D every day for a month and you still might be deficient. The medical community needs to study nutrition.
