Default bezoars, how to get rid of them

I'v been eating hachiya persimmon's on empty stomach in morning for last 4 days, but was suprised that rather than loosing weight, i'm feeling fuller and stomach getting bloated and bloated.

Today I just read this:
"Persimmons contain certain subtances that easily react with hydrochloric acid in the gastric juices, depositing sediment. Too many persimmons taken on empty stomach will cause the sediment to accumulate n form stones that will affect the digestion. The stones may block the exit of the stomach n cause acute stomach expansion."

"The Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy notes that consumption of persimmons has been known to cause bezoars that require surgery in over 90% of cases. More than 85% phytobezoars are caused by ingestion of unripened persimmons".

My question is: what can I do now? I think my stomach is getting bigger due to these persimmons sticking to my abdomen area and starting to form bezoars.

Is there anything I can do now to dissolve or vomit out this stuff ?

Please advice urgently, I am truly worried.

OMG! Attach of the Bezoars!

If you think you are really plugged up you might try some milk of magnesia, double dose (60ml) every 4 hours till you go, or mag. citrate liquid for really serious business.

Only eat laxative foods for a couple of days like applesauce, prune juice, water.

I just cant imagine anything that could plug up your stomach like that! You sure this isn't a joke? were the persimmons you were eating unripe?

If you start vomiting or develop abdominal pain and typanny (distened and firm) better go see a doctor.

Thanks Arrowwind, I do have bowel movement, though I think size of pooh has lessened, and I think might be bezoars have formed due to eating persimmons. They'v not been totally unripe. No I dont have stomach pain or anything, I just thought if I treat this early on. I'll try Milk of Magnesia or drink Senna tea today and see ....
