Default Macrobiotics

Around 1996 or 97 when I was living in cleveland, I was at a health food store and there was a poster up for macrobiotic dinners. I went to one and I saw a guy who looked horrible, like he was 90 and ready to drop any minute. 6 months to a yr later I went to another one and he looked 50 and was full of energy and bouncing around like a 20 yr old. I asked the macrobiotics instructor if he was cured and he said, NO, but anyone who has cancer and adopts a macrobiotic diet religiously gets better for a long time.

That is what dirk benedict said. When he went macro, he had more stamina than anyone else. Not strength, but definitely stamina.
