Treating Psoriasis with MMS

Somewhere Jim Humble posted a protocol for treating psoriasis topically with spray on MMS. Went to his site but cannot find it. It was mixing instructions for a two ounce bottle. Can anyone one help me?

Hi, put 20 drops in a 2 ounce bottle then 100 drops c/a 3 min fill with water. . this was on one of JH's websites. Never mind, here is the site

I have a stubborn case of dandruff which nothing seems to cure, I have tried lots of "cures" some work for awhile then it returns, could I use this 1 or 2 times daily? I know it will soak into the scalp but can it be as bad or worse than what is in "Head & shoulders"?
