Default Acai Berry Diet and Weight Loss

It seems like every day I get an email for Acai Berry, to be honest I really need to lose more than a few pounds, kinda sounds good but they’re really pushy about wanting my credit card info for a free trial, makes me nervous to give it to them.

Plus, why do they still use Oprah, didn’t work for her, obviously. Anyone out there tried it and did good? I want to know before more money spent.

I heard about another product that says it’s a cleanse, Nulean, anyone try that??

Default No.

Bottom line is to eat HEALTHY and eat LESS calories then you burn up. Walk every day and you'll lose all you need to lose for the long term.

I would avoid any Acai Berry products. In the last 2 years, Acai Berry spam is as notorious as Vxxxxx, there are many ways to lose weight, why do you want to buy something from spammers?

Default Acai Berry

NO NO NO NO!
I FELL FOR THIS ONE MANY MONTHS AGO. THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO so that they can then automatically charge you 89.95 per month thereafter, until death do you part from your money. I had to tell them I was allergic to it to get a refund.
Besides, the stuff didn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never heard of the second one - sorry.

I think this can work for you but the problem is as soon as you go back to a normal diet you will gain the weight back just like Oprah did. The main problem is a lack of minerals, your body is craving minerals that the body cannot satisfy with our foods any longer partly because of depelited soil, so you will continue to get excess calories because of the cravings. If you satisfy the mineral deficiency it will stop all the cravings that cause over eating. You body needs 90 essential vitamins and minerals a day. This will also prevent disease because disease begins when there is a lack of vitamins and minerals in the body.
