Default How to use chopsticks

I know this is not a recipe; but this seemed like such a good place to post this.

I need to find an easier way to use chopsticks than what I've been doing. My hand gets tired in the way I have been doing it. Here's one way.

Just about the same instruction I received long ago. For many years all I had was chopsticks, only one or two forks in my kitchen. That went to the wayside when I got married, along with shoes off at the door...I'm an all American girl now!

Until today, I'm still not successful in holding chopsticks the correct way. My friends had tried to help me but I still couldn't get it right. Talk about being a slow learner...I guess I am one in that category. So, I still stick to my own way of holding the chopsticks which means I cannot pick up small items like small peas and peanuts. To avoid embarrassing myself at restaurants, I just avoid eating those food!
