Ratio crystals to ionised water?

Does anyone know how to mix the crystals with the ionised water to make the citric acid, what's the ratio of crystals to the water?

You want to make a 10% solution of citric acid..

Put one level tablespoon of citric acid crystals in a clean jar.
Add 9 tablespoons of purified (distilled) water. Distilled is important
because there is no minerals in it.

I have found that this solution will get cloudy if you keep it out for very long
so I learned to keep it in the frige so it will last longer.

Is distilled the same as De-Ionised? Once made up can I put it in a dropper bottle which the original amount was supplied in?
