And it turns out, most of the cooking oils we’re using are actually horrible for us. Let me explain.

Look on almost any food label and you’ll likely see canola oil or vegetable oil (including corn oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, grapeseed oil, “pure” vegetable oil, sunflower oil and safflower oil) as one of the ingredients.
