Default Sinus infection natural remedies

I found a great article for the relief of sinus infections. I don't want to copy the whole article. So, I encourage you to visit the site.

Here’s the all-time best natural remedies for a sinus infection and sinus headache that are guaranteed to give you fast and sustained relief from the pain and inflammation… with no harmful side effects!

Sinus infection or sinusitis is a horrible and debilitating condition that affects around 37 million people in the U.S. alone. It results when the sinuses in the nose (the body’s air filters) become inflamed and blocked, trapping the mucous and air that would normally be expelled. This in turn allows germs and other harmful organisms to enter and grow, causing infection. A pressure build up also develops which produces severe and even excruciating pain in the nasal passages and surrounding areas. In fact, many sinusitis sufferers report that their head becomes so “pressurized” it literally feels like it’s going to explode off their shoulders! Not very nice at all.

I'd like to add kissing your dog on the nose to the list. Haven't had one in many years, and this one wasn't very severe. My dog sniffed my nose, and felt compelled to lick it more than the one gentle 'lap' he always puts on it. He knows what I needed.

A research team at the University of Arizona is currently investigating the link between bacteria found in dog’s saliva and your health. Spoiler: it looks like the cultures found in Rex might be the missing link in your immune system. The connection surrounds something known as the ‘hygiene hypothesis’, which suggests our modern day obsession with cleanliness has left our bodies incapable of reacting appropriately. Not only does our pernickety approach to what we touch leave us open to attacks from bad bacteria, it also leaves our immune systems hyperactive to harmless substances like pollen, and results in allergies.

Dogs work like a probiotic, helping you to develop healthy bacteria colonies that in turn boost your immune system – stopping you getting ill and, potentially, keeping you from having to spend all summer taking hayfever tablets.

The human digestive system is home to more than 500 different types of bacteria, both “good” and “bad.” Probiotics often are called “good” or “helpful” bacteria because they help keep the intestines healthy and assist in digesting food; they also are believed to help the immune system. Foods such as yogurt, as well as supplements, can help enhance probiotics in the body.
“We essentially want to find out, is a dog acting like yogurt in having a probiotic effect?” says Kelly, who also is a principal research specialist in the department of psychiatry and program coordinator for the Human-Animal Interaction Research Initiative.
Existing research shows that dogs and their owners share much of the same gut bacteria over time. In addition, some studies have shown that dogs enhance immune functioning in children, reducing the risk for immune disorders, such as asthma and allergies.
“We think dogs might work as probiotics to enhance the health of the bacteria that live in our guts. These bacteria, or ‘microbiota,’ are increasingly recognized as playing an essential role in our mental and physical health, especially as we age,” says Charles Raison, principal investigator for the study and a professor of psychiatry in the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
“We know that not all bacteria are good. We can get very sick from the ‘bad’ bacteria, and modern medicine has done a wonderful job of protecting us from various diseases that are created by these bacteria,” says Raison, also a professor of family and consumer sciences. “But unfortunately, by eliminating the bad bacteria we’ve started eliminating the ‘good’ bacteria, too.”

Default Sinus Infections

Sinus infections are caused due to mineral imbalance in the blood and cells.

The only possible way to correct the mineral imbalance is to do hydration/dehydration cycles.

I had sinus since childhood. As I aged it became unbearable until I tried hydration/dehydration cycles.

Now I do not suffer from simple cold and cough even once in a year.

Brief note on this -

Day 1 - Drink 150 ml water every hour from 7 am to 6 pm. No other liquids, fruits etc which may contain lots of water.

Day 2,3,4 - Drink 150 ml water 1 hour before each meal.

Repeat the above every 15 days till you get rid of sinus completely

I have had sinus problems for over 25 years. Every mornring I would be congested and suffered from post nasal drip creating a cough. Recently I have discovered some newer health information one is the fact that as we age we get mineral deficient so I am working on that and another is that fungus can and many times does live in the sinuses and since I have been treating that with diluted tea tree oil mine have been getting better. Time will tell but I am sure you and I are on the right track.

Just went online and googled sinusitis and magnesium and guess what. Add just one more condition magnesium can correct, with time of course it never happens right away. It can take months or even years to get the levels healthy depending on the individual.
