Default a great SIMPLE tool for flossing - so easy!!!

I used to hate flossing!! I felt like it was the most ungraceful impossible thing.. who can stick their fingers in their mouth, and navigate floss around without ending up with a sore jaw.. and frustration. I think this is why people don't floss.. it is a royal pain in the patoot.

but my dentist told me about this little tool that her patients told her about.. and I thought, oh well, it is cheap (I think it is $2.99 at CVS). I will see how it is (not too optimistic though)

well... I love it!! It is so easy to get in and get around, so easy to floss.

and here it is:

looks simple, right? WELL.. IT IS. Simple tools are the best.

and they have an offer of a free sample.

they say to only use the head once.. I reuse it till it starts to fray - of course you should keep it clean.

And with this, MMS or GSE and Spry Toothpaste you will never need a dentist!

GSE is Grapefruit Seed Extract, a wonderful, natural antibiotic-like product for internal and external use. Good for putting in to capsules, or wiping surfaces to disinfect. Not to be confused with Grape Seed extract!

Here is a starter for you.

Iggy, look in the yellow pages for medical supply companies. Thats where I have seen them but I purchased my pick in a supermarket somewhere, and it looked medical grade to me. I would also look in a pharmacy. The little mirrors are the easiest to find.

On the pick, I recommend that it not have any flexibility in the tip. I have both kinds and I like the one that does not bend.

And Xania, great little article on GSE. I didn't know the history of it.

Concerning those dental picks - I bought two at a model railway exhibition! The tool suppliers to the model-makers of the world include a lot of instruments that are also used in clinics and hospitals. At such exhibitions there is always a warning that these items are NOT for medical use!
We have a variety of forceps, curved and straight artery forceps, very fine toothed forceps, all bought at model makers' exhibitions. Maybe not up to brain surgery standards but good enough to do the really fine detail work of model railways and scenery building. WE have those debtal picks and mirros too, so if there is an exhibition of model making near you, Iggy, you may find those tools there!

I looked for grapefruit seed extract today.. but all I found were capsules.

I also looked for toothpaste with GSE.. found zip.

I'm starting to thinking about just adding some drops of different things to some water and swishing it after I brush. getting tired of looking...

Try asking for Citricidal by Nutribiotic. It's considered (by some) to be the premier (and best-selling) grapefruit seed extract on the market.

ST. just add two drops of GSE to your favorite toothpaste.

I like the tablets. I use to fill capsules with the liquid but one time a cap got stuck in my husbands esophagus and melted down and he was miserable for about 8 hours! It can burn in such concentration.
