You Can Run, But You Can’t Hide
Estrogen mimickers can show up in drinking water from agricultural runoff (many pesticides and herbicides are estrogen look-alikes), but here’s the real kicker. Chlorine — the stuff used to purify all municipal water supplies — is highly toxic and forms estrogen-mimicking organochlorides when it binds with organic matter. This means that unless you are drinking tested pure well or spring water, you are likely consuming estrogen-like compounds in your drinking water.
Funny scorpio. Funny. I was wondering why I was dressing so metrosexual.
Now Iggy, that is an interesting and disappointing article. But don't worry. MMS (chlorine dioxide) is not chlorine. That would be like saying carbon dioxide is carbon or carbon monoxide.
The article really is creepy. I wonder if the military knows this. This is a national security issue. This issue puts our army at a disadvantage. Somebody call the pentagon.
I was wondering why there are so very many homosexuals in this era of history than (seemingly) ever before. Maybe it is just that this phenomena is more open. Or maybe it is evidence of this article. It is a great way to make this a kinder and gentler world at least; so I'm for it. I had read some report that the homosexual tendency occurred when the expectant mother had some great stress during pregnancy. The WWII would account for a lot of that in this era. Now, it seems that the water supply of industrialized nations could be part of the blame.
I don't think this is the end of the story. It would seem that the health insurance companies would get involved.

Your best bet for safe, clean drinking water is install an under-sink purifier. The reverse-osmosis type is very reliable. If you don’t want to invest the money to do that, a simple pitcher with a charcoal filter is better than most bottled water.
And don’t forget your shower-water! When you’re hot (and your skin’s pores are wide-open), you can absorb toxins from the water. Shower-head filters are inexpensive and reliable.
A Good Water Filter is a Cheap Investment in Your Health
A reliable, highly-effective under-sink water filter is an excellent health investment, especially when you consider how important water is to health. The human body is about 60% water. That means we can have 60% of our total body weight contaminated with estrogen-mimicking toxins if we drink lousy water. (And NO, beer, coffee and other beverages are not “safer”! Beer in particular can turn you into a “girlie man,” because it is made with hops, an estrogenic herb. Sorry guys).
The highest-rated water filters cost about the same as the cheap junk.
Seems simple enough. And not just because of any xeno-estrogens ... pharmaceuticals ... pesticides ... etc.

One of my daughters and I were talking about the granddaughters blooming earlier and earlier every year... My sixth grade granddaughter has girls that are pregnant in her class this year.... I had mentioned that was one of the reasons why I wanted to get meat with out all the growth hormones in them.... kind of got side tracked and began to wonder if maybe all these hormones that they are feeding the animals may be whats causing some of the homosexuality problem.... Hmm maybe that's why MickyDs has decided to support the gay and lesbian movement???

I would think if you wanted to remove the Chlorine out of tap water all you would have to do is put a pitcher of water in the fridge. The Chlorine should off gas out of the water in a few hours.
