Bloat has become a real problem since I have changed my diet to more veggies.... I dont eat meat every day and I dont eat very much fruit..... sometimes I eat dinner and I get so bloated that by the next morning I still feel like I just ate dinner ( thankgiving dinner ). Alot of times I gain 5 to 6 inches in by belly..... it takes all day to go down and I feel terrible....really terrible..... tired and sluggish, mild headache...... I have stop eating and after a few days I feel really good.... and then I eat and it starts all over..... I am thinking that I must have some kind of overgrowth of bacteria or yeast..... I dont eat dairy as I know now that it gives me bloat big time,,,, I stopped eating bread, and wheat...( miss that really bad) I am not sure what to do..... I feel best when I dont eat for a couple of days...... energy comes back , head aches are gone..... was thinking about elemination diet...but not sure how to do that...not sure what to eat... I have to eat....... Help

You need a good colon cleanse, possibly more then one. And I'd recommend a program to remove fungi and parasites too.

But the first thing I'd do is buy an enema bag right away and start having enemas at least twice daily.

You've got the right idea, you're probably so bloated that the last thing you should be doing is eating more food. If you can, buy a juicer and go on a juice fast for at least two weeks while doing enemas. Combined with a colon cleanse that may very well fix most of your problems by itself. Getting colonics if possible would be even better.

I'll talk more about cleansing, fasting + enemas when I have the time.

Personally, I worry about flushing the GOOD stuff away or sending it upstream where it does NOT belong. Or, becoming dependent. Cause mineral imbalance?

I would do it the slow and steady way with really great fermented foods. Eliminating the wheat is HUGE! And wait and see. Give your system some time to repair and get used to the CHANGES. Drink soothing calming teas with chamomile. Ginger. And take it s l o w.

Juicing is GREAT, too!

Perhaps some items known to help build up the gut and help digestion.

Must do things slowly. At times, I find dairy to be an issue. I then go to GOAT. Raw Goat. Or Hemp milk.

You may want to include SUGAR and all known CORN products (corn STARCH, corn Syrup and all that!) from the eliminate list.

Trust me, cattle is fed these to FATTEN them up. I am CERTAIN we fatten up too!

Go for the GOOD fats: olive oil. Unrefined coconut oil. NO CANOLA. Please.

Actually, I would only do enemas if things were so blocked that was the ONLY alternative.

There are lots of misconceptions about enemas, but they're perfectly safe unless you're doing an enema every hour or more frequently. Dozens of natural healers have used enemas to great effect, + I have to. Yes, they can flush out the bacteria, both good and bad. But that's why I follow up with wheatgrass juice implants + lots of green juices coming in from the more "conventional" way, too Add some fermented foods and it works like a charm. Enemas + fermented foods are actually much more effective then just fermented foods in repopulating your colon, because almost everyone alive today has an overwhelming amount of bad bacteria and almost no good bacteria in their colons. All of these bad bacteria make it very difficult for the good bacteria to gain a foothold (which is why probiotics alone aren't very effective compared to fermented foods, which combine probiotics, probiotics and various inhibitory compounds like lactic acid), but if you're doing enemas and eating fermented foods you wash out the bad bacteria too and the colon is ready for the fermented foods to inoculate.

Becoming dependent on enemas is another thing that's blown out of proportion, it's really not possible unless you do copious amounts of enemas everyday for months or longer, or you use very little water with the enemas. And even then the chances of it happening are almost nothing. The Gerson therapy, for example, can use up to 5 enemas a day, yet nobody ever becomes dependent on them. And I only recommend two enemas a day, and only during the cleansing period.

Besides, enemas actually allow you to improve your absorption of minerals by helping to wash away the caking of fecal matter and mucous plaque in your large intestine, which prevents you from absorbing nutrients. As well as harboring dangerous bacteria + parasites and causing severe autointoxication.

No, enemas actually improve the microorganism composition of your colon dongle know what your doing and have lots of other benefits too (mentioned above). Enemas are a very powerful tool in regaining your health, and I speak from personal experience and that of the people I've helped. Their only drawback is that they only help cleanse a portion of the colon, when the entire digestive tract from mouth to anus is in desperate need of cleansing. That's why enemas alone won't cut it, but need to be supported by a good colon cleansing program too.
