"Pimples" on roof of my mouth?

I know it's not called pimples but I don't know a better name to explain it.
After I ate breakfast, this "pimple" popped up from the roof of my mouth. It's really annoying. I cannot stop putting my tongue onto it. Can somebody tell me what this is? And how many days its gonna disappear?
