Metabolism Boosters & Fat Busters
Dr. Oz just talked about these metabolism boosters and fat busters on his show, thought I'd post them here.
Konjac Root Fiber - taken either 20-30 minutes before a meal, or anytime when you feel hungry and want to snack. Makes you feel fuller, balances blood sugar, regulates hormones.
Raspberry Ketones - help the body to break up and remove fat.
L-Carnitine - amino acid to be taken along with vitamin C. Gives energy and helps the body utilize fat.
White Kidney Bean Extract - for people who like to eat carbs, makes it so carbs can't break down into sugar in the body before elimination.
Shirataki Noodles - he recommended to be eaten plain or mixed with vegetables, etc. for a meal, healthy, tasty and no fat.
