Default slightly loose front tooth

I'm 24 years old I just noticed my top right front is slightly loose. How can I tighten it up

I suggest that you improve the condition of your gums to help with this problem. Putting a couple of drops of grapefruit seed extract (Nutribiotic) on your toothpaste before brushing will help kill bacteria.

You can also try using full strength 3% hydrogen peroxide on a proxa brush for cleaning between teeth, along with regular flossing. Diluted h.p. can be used as a rinse, don't swallow at all, spit it out.

Supplementing with vitamin D3 would also be helpful, at least 1,000 IUs per day.

Do some research on MMS (miracle mineral supplement) on this forum as well as other internet sites.
