M-F 5:45 am
I hit the gym. MWF I get personal training for 40 minutes with weights and T TH am and at least one MW or F evening I will do stair machine or treadmill and sometime sat or sun I will do something aerobic.
Last night I went out, I could not even finish beer number 2. Went home. Alarm went off at 5 am. I just said screw it and went back to sleep for 2 hrs. I feel great right now. I think a day off helps sometimes.
