Default M-F 5:45 am

I hit the gym. MWF I get personal training for 40 minutes with weights and T TH am and at least one MW or F evening I will do stair machine or treadmill and sometime sat or sun I will do something aerobic.

Last night I went out, I could not even finish beer number 2. Went home. Alarm went off at 5 am. I just said screw it and went back to sleep for 2 hrs. I feel great right now. I think a day off helps sometimes.

Hi saved, kudos to you for your devotion to staying fit! I think you've said it before, that it's the perfect cure for insomnia, and it IS good to give the body a rest sometimes.

More like trying to get back in shape. I am 49; back when I was in my late 20s, it was simple, now it basically sucks.

Ugh I could neeevverrrr get up that early!!!!! I'm lucky if I wake up at 10! I've been getting better though...
