Before thinking about herbs for PMS it is important to make sure your intake of calcium and magnesium is adequate. Clinical trials show that a low intake of these minerals can increase the risk of PMS.
One great herb for PMS is agnus castus. This can eliminate PMS, BUT you need to take it for two menstrual cycles before it is fully effective
