Sometimes I'll just welcome a new member in conversation, when replying to their post. I've seen many of the folks here do that too. I gave a general welcome to all the new members in my post below also.

Hi Lpar, welcome to the forum! Just click on one of the forums that relates to your question, like "Nutrition" or "Men's Health". If you can't decide, then just click on the General Discussion forum.
You just click the 'new thread' green button in the upper left hand corner, write your message, then send it with the 'submit new thread' red button at the bottom. You can preview before submitting by clicking the red 'preview button'.

Yes, but it was young Kelly. She'd had 144 views, as I recall, when I came across her post and nobody had said 'Hello'. That didn't seem right to me. But good to see things have been rectified.
As a matter of interest, do only members count for 'views'?
