Default Oh, does this suck

I start teaching classes (community college, part time) tuesday. I have been off for 3 weeks. I took a job with a temp agency to make some extra cash. This week it was unloading pallets of boxes (some of them 50 pounds) onto a conveyor line at a distribution center. At the end of the day, the supervisor came up to me and asked if I could come in monday for a 10 hr shift. I said yes. This is cool for a week (I have lost 5 pounds this week from this stuff). But to do it for a living would really suck.

LOL saved! I spent several years doing a job full time that was like that. It was lifting specified boxed that weighed 20-50lbs off of one pallet and stacking them above shoulder height onto another pallet neat so I could move them with a lift/jack . It builds your arm and neck muscles, but but the bending and reaching is hell on your back!

I wonder about muscle building. If you do it daily, your muscles do not have time off to grow. It does build stamina. One more day (Mon).
