Wouldn't that be fantastic if the jury comes back saying it works without destroying healthy tissue It always seems like that's the side-effect of possible 'cures'.. the destruction of healthy tissue during the process.

The same principal of using transferrin as a "Trojan Horse" to carry a cancer destroying element (in this case artemesin), into cancer cells has been researched by Washington University.

Transferrin normally carries iron in the blood and cancer cells are always searching for iron as they need it to replicate. This is why high iron levels are unhealthy.

One of the reasons men dont normally live as long as women is because men dont have the means to get rid of excess iron which builds up over the years, unlike women who menstruate monthly and can get rid of excess iron.

Once women stop menstruating they normally start building up excess iron and it can become one of the reasons why women become just as liable to get cancer and heart disease as men after menopause.

Good find Liverock. Artemisen has a long history for curing some cancers... it has been unclear as to why it does not cure all cancer and because of its unpredictability across a broad range of varing cancers it is often over looked in the alternative treatment protocols. It is also known as an antiparasitic for other microbes other than malaria, so there may be help along that level also. It is also described in some literature as an antibiotic.

That looks fantastic! Wonder how long it will take them to outlaw that one? It's just hard for me to believe that Big Pharma will ever allow a cure for cancer. Seems like I read somewhere that there were 3 times as many people making a living from cancer than those who have it.

What is this? Has it been shown to be effective? It goes against the Gerson Cancer Therapy which advises to avoid all sodium because cancer loves sodium because of the different metabolism with low oxygen.
