Recipe request

Does anyone have a biscotti recipe using either butter or walnut oil or some acceptable oil. I know someone that makes them with canola oil and they are fantastic, but I do not trust canola oil.

just use your friend's recipe and exchange the canola oil for the oil you want.. or the butter.. I would think it would work the same

biscotti's. OMG. I love them....especially the almond ones. My relatives are from New York and they would bring them back from there. Mmm...good memories.
